You will join the IT Business Application domain of Ubisoft, and more particularly in the Workforce Administration Product Team, in charge of delivering reliable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that support HR teams and employees across the organization. Join us to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our HRIS ecosystem.

Within the Workforce Administration Team, you will play a key role in helping and resolving requests & incidents for users within our organization. You analyze and understand the users’ needs and provide assistance and ensure the smooth operation of our products. You suggest improvements and advise end users about the usage, configuration, settings and best practices to ensure products are used to their full potential.

 

Your main mission:

  • You act as a first line of support for requests and incidents coming from Ubisoft employees regarding our products
  • Provide functional & technical support and assistance to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with Technical teams to identify, diagnose, and fix application issues
  • Create SQL queries and request data updates in the database
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation, knowledge base, and FAQs for troubleshooting purposes
  • Train and educate users on product features and best practices.
  • Document, distribute, and escalate requests and incidents when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive user experience and satisfaction
  • Recommend appropriate solutions, products and features 

Qualifications

The professional value you bring:

  • Previous experience in IT, Customer Support, preferably around HR systems;
  • Basic SQL knowledge;
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus

  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize and seamlessly switch between multiple tasks while autonomously seeking information and/or solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to accomplish common goals.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products in a fast-paced environment
